PRISMA is a default search machine ultrasonic simple, versatile and scalable. It allows for conventional ultrasonic phased array and TOFD as and when you need them by selecting the corresponding software options. It is primarily a US job performance thanks to its powerful transmitter, wide bandwidth and many filters, but it has more large imaging capabilities, even in conventional US. It remains easy to use with a standard operating menu or the monitoring assistants. Robust design, it combines simplicity and performance to meet, as and when you need them, all your requirements, present or future. You can indeed make it evolve towards multi-element or TOFD techniques. The menus and wizards used are the same as in conventional US, the handling of these new technologies will be greatly facilitated.

As simple as a conventional

Prisma is a high performance ultrasonic device with all the advanced features you need: Dynamic DAC 20-80 with adjustable thresholds, TCG HF mode, passing DAC - TCG, DAC and TCG editable. This is an easy and intuitive to use device with the wheel, navigation arrows and shortcut keys. It has advanced features such as the use of digital filters and especially imaging capabilities even in single-element (B-Scan, C-Scan), support tools for visualizing information and reporting.

TOFD

The imaging capabilities of Prisma and the quality of its electronics enable it to carry out inspections after TOFD. The necessary tools and specific TOFD have been integrated:

UT Studio software

The software provided with PRISMA, many opportunities for post-processing offers. This is not just a report generation tool, it can also generate more views, move doors, adjust the color palette, add doors or measurement cursors, open multiple inspections simultaneously to compare ... the software uses the same logic, the same menus as the PRISMA.
